Weddings at Covenant Presbyterian Church
Congratulations on your engagement!
We would be honored to be a part of your wedding ceremony and to help make your wedding a rich and meaningful event. Covenant Presbyterian Church believes that marriage is a blessing from God and involves a unique commitment between two people to love and support each other for the rest of their lives. In the Reformed tradition of Presbyterian Church (PCUSA), marriage is also a "covenant in which God has an active part, and which the community of faith publicly witnesses and acknowledges." ~ PC(USA)'s Book of Order
Weddings at Covenant Presbyterian Church are typically held on a Saturday, with a rehearsal time the Friday night prior to your ceremony. We welcome those who are not church members to hold their wedding at Covenant, contingent upon availability of our beautiful campus. Please note that members of Covenant Presbyterian Church are given priority for dates and times, and we may not be able to accommodate all non-member wedding requests. Requests will be taken on a first-come-first-served basis. Please contact our Church Administrator, Patricia Ollendyke, for availability of your desired date and time, by calling 570-346-6400 or emailing pollendyke@covenantscranton.org.
Please see the forms below for Covenant's Wedding Policies, as well as a Wedding Reservation Request.
